Shipping Costs:
Free ground shipping to the lower 48 states and extra shipping cost applies to non-continental US address, including PR, HI, AK etc.
Due to weight and size limit, international buyers are highly suggested to contact us first before placing the order online.
Shipping Transit Time
Your order will be processed and shipped out within one business day and please expect an delivery in 2 to 5 business days, depending on how far away you are located from NC.
Return and Parts Replacement:
All the packages ready to go are labeled with “Fragile” here and there but unfortunately damages may still occur from time to time during the shipping transit, For filing purpose, please kindly provide a few pictures showing the damaged parts concerned as well as any damage to the packaging boxes to facilitate the processing of any parts replacement or return request in 30 days of purchase.
Please be kindly noted that you are responsible for any associated shipping charges to send the chicken coop back to us and that a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the full refund.
